High Protein Raspberry & Vanilla Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
230g frozen raspberries (frozen is key for the thick consistency
100ml water
100g vanilla protein yogurt
15g vanilla Free Soul vanilla protein powder
5g superfood powder
Recipe
- All all the above ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth
- Top with anything you want! The picture shows chia seeds, desiccated coconut, strawberries, more vanilla protein yogurt and Free Soul chocolate protein spread.
