Ok. Now you're an active subscriber, you're wondering how to edit and amend your Free Soul Subscription. With new products and flavours dropping every month, we don't blame you.
To add a new product to your existing Free Soul subscription, either as a one-off or on an on-going basis, follow the steps below...
Step 1
Log into your account at
herfreesoul.com and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ which can be found under your address in the ‘Account Details’ section.
Step 2
Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu bar, which lies below the main Free Soul website menu.
Step 3
Click the ‘Add a Product’ button which lies in the top right, above any of your existing Active Free Soul subscriptions.
Step 4
Use the page navigator to browse products, or type in the name of the product you wish to add to your subscription. E.g Vegan Protein.
Step 5 (For one-time purchases)
Select the product you wish to add, and select the second option (one-time). Select your desired flavour, if applicable, and then click the button ‘Add a product’. You will receive the product on one occasion only, along with your existing Free Soul subscription.
Step 6 (To add a product to your subscription)
Select the product you wish to add and select the first option (subscribe and save). Select your desired flavour, if applicable, and then click the button ‘Add a product’. Then select your frequency and you'll receive the product whenever you choose, along with your existing Free Soul subscription.
To edit the flavour of an active Free Soul subscription, follow the steps below...
Step 1
Log into your account at
herfreesoul.com and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ which can be found under your address in the ‘Account Details’ section.
Step 2
Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu bar, which lies below the main Free Soul website menu.
Step 3
Select the relevant protein subscription you wish to amend the flavour of.
Please note our Vegan and Whey blends come in a range of different flavours. If a flavour is not appearing, it may be because it is unavailable in the blend you are subscribed to.
Step 4
Select the 'Variant' drop down menu.
Step 5
Select the flavour you wish to receive in your subscription going forwards.
