Biscoff Banana Bread Loaf

A loaf drizzled with biscoff crumbs and spread next to a bag of Free Soul protein

Thank you @Spoonful.of.fitness  for yet another baking sensation. This protein-packed banana bread is moist, sweet and so tasty. It would be perfect topped with a creamy nut butter or Nutella with a cup of coffee. 

Ingredients:

  • 55g vegan protein
  • 10g flaxseed (optional)
  • 60g plain yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 40g ground almonds (use ground oats if allergic!)
  • 25g Biscoff spread
  • 2 Biscoff biscuits crumbled (for the top!) 
  • Free Soul Speculuus protein bars chopped for the top 

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven 
  2. Mash the banana and then combine all ingredients together
  3. Mix mix mix until a batter is formed 
  4. Bake bake bake 20-25mins at 185C (or until knife comes out clean!)
  5. EAT!💓🦸‍♂️
