- 40g Free Soul Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 1 Frozen banana 🍌
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 150ml Water 💦 🥣Large Handful of Ice
- 2 Lotus Biscuits (extra for toppings)
- A drizzle of syrup 🍯 -
1. Put all ingredients into a blender, blitz until ice has broken down.
2. Add more water if desired.
3. Transfer into bowl, place into freezer for 10 mins.
4. Sprinkle w/ extra biscuits & a drizzle of syrup.
5. Enjoy a delicious and healthy treat packed with vegan protein!! 🥄
