Bite Size Protein Balls

Yes yes yess ๐ @becs_fitbites with the most delicious bite size protein snacks ๐ So ideal to just prep a bunch and have them as a mid morning healthy snack, plus itโs made with Free Soul protein so itโs hella good for you girl ๐

Cookie dough and chocolate protein balls -
Recipe:๐ฝ
๐ช 1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein.
๐ช1/3 cup coconut oil & coconut water.
๐ช1 cup oats.
๐ช1 banana.
๐ช1/2 cup dates.
๐ช1 heaped tbsp powdered peanut butter.
๐ช1 heaped tbsp cacao powder.
๐ช1 tsp vanilla extract.

Method:๐ฝ
Blend everything in a food processor, to make two separate batches put half aside before putting in the cacao powder.ย
Once the mixtures are mixed together melt a whole dark chocolate bar with a heaped tbsp of coconut oil for the glossy shine. Decorate with any bits youโd like๐
