Breakfast Peanut Butter Protein Cookie

Recipe:
  • 18gr crunchy peanut butter
  • 20gr oat flour
  • 5gr vanilla Free Soul protein powder 
  • 5gr maple syrup 
  • 20gr banana (mashed) 
  • pinch of salt 
  • pinch of baking powder 
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks 

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170'C
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the dark chocolate) until well combined
  3. Form a cookie on a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
  4. Top with the dark chocolate chunks and bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
  5. Enjoy! ❤️
