Chocolate Raspberry Protein Pancakes

Take a look at this gorgeous creation by @bites.by.bean . It's almost too pretty to eat!
The recipe:
- 60g self raising flour
- 25g Free Soul chocolate protein
- 1-2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 170ml plant milk of choice
Toppings:
- 30g frozen raspberries mixed with 50g Greek style/thick plant based yogurt
- 1 chopped up Free Soul dark chocolate & raspberry protein bar
- Chocolate sauce
Method:
- Mix the ingredient’s for the pancakes and cook in a greased pan over a medium heat for a couple of mins each side.
- Top with yogurt, a chopped up protein bar and choccy sauce.
