Coffee protein cake

A coffee protein cake with frosting, chopped walnuts and fresh raspberries with a spoonful taken out of it

Tasty & high in protein, who would have ever guessed?! Try some coffee protein cake yourself!

Recipe:

For the cake:

  • 23gr oat flour
  • 7gr Free Soul vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp instant ground coffee
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 35ml milk

For the frosting:

  • 2 tsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp instant ground coffee
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 

Method: 

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the cake and mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased ramekin and microwave on high temperature for 1.5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, combine in a small bowl all the ingredients for the frosting.
  4. Once the cake is cooked, let it cool slightly and transfer on a plate. Top with the frosting, chopped walnuts and fresh raspberries and enjoy! ❤️
