Coffee protein cake

Tasty & high in protein, who would have ever guessed?! Try some coffee protein cake yourself!
Recipe:
For the cake:
- 23gr oat flour
- 7gr Free Soul vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp instant ground coffee
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 35ml milk
For the frosting:
- 2 tsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp instant ground coffee
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the cake and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased ramekin and microwave on high temperature for 1.5 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine in a small bowl all the ingredients for the frosting.
- Once the cake is cooked, let it cool slightly and transfer on a plate. Top with the frosting, chopped walnuts and fresh raspberries and enjoy! ❤️
