Coffee & walnut protein cake

INGREDIENTS
20g Free Soul Vanilla Protein
85g Butter
40g Sweetener
2 Eggs
85g Self-Raising Flour
50ml Oat Drink (if needed)
1tsp Baking Powder
2tbsp Instant Coffee (prepared)
1tsp Mocha Flav Drops
Handful of Walnuts
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180, line cake tin w/ baking paper
2. Cream butter & sweetener
3. Whisk eggs, slowly add to mixture
4. Combine protein powder, flour, baking powder - mix well
5. If mixture is dry, add splash of oat milk
6. Slowly pour in coffee, stirring continuously
7. Fold in walnuts & mocha flav drops
8. Transfer to cake tin, bake for 30-35 mins or until knife comes out clean
9. Slice, share & enjoy!
