These protein balls are better than any you can get off the shelf. Not to mention, they are super quick and affordable to make.
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup puffed quinoa (plus extra for coating)
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Roll into balls and coat with the extra puffed quinoa.
- Refrigerate for at least half an hour and enjoy! 🤤
