Serious Protein Stacks by @fitnessforster 🔥 Dark Chocolate Slices that are high in protein and absolutely delicious! Recipe below! 

Base⬇️
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Cashews
2 Tbsp. Cacao
1 Tbsp maple syrup 🍯
1/2 Cup Coconut🥥
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil 🥥 (melted) 

Middle⬇️
1 Cup Almond Butter
1 Scoop Free Soul Vanilla Protein 

Top⬇️
100g Dark Choc 🍫 (melted)
2 Tbsp Coco Oil 🥥 (melted) 

Method⬇️
•Start with the base:
•Pulse oats, cashews and coconut in a blender until broken up
•Add cacao and mix
•Add maple and coconut oil and blend to form a lumps
•Press into a lined baking dish/tin and pop in the fridge for 15 mins
•Mix middle ingredients together and spread over base
•Mix Top ingredients and pour over the top and spread evenly
•Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours -
