1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Cashews
2 Tbsp. Cacao
1 Tbsp maple syrup šÆ
1/2 Cup Coconutš„„
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil š„„ (melted)Ā
Middleā¬ļø
1 Cup Almond Butter
1 Scoop Free SoulĀ VanillaĀ ProteinĀ
Topā¬ļø
100g Dark Choc š« (melted)
2 Tbsp Coco Oil š„„ (melted)Ā
Methodā¬ļø
ā¢Start with the base:
ā¢Pulse oats, cashews and coconut in a blender until broken up
ā¢Add cacao and mix
ā¢Add maple and coconut oil and blend to form a lumps
ā¢Press into a lined baking dish/tin and pop in the fridge for 15 mins
ā¢Mix middle ingredients together and spread over base
ā¢Mix Top ingredients and pour over the top and spread evenly
ā¢Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours -
