Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

GOOEY, CHOCOLATEY, YET HEALTHY?! 🤯 These double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies for two by @hannahandfitness are packed with the Free Soul Original Protein Blend and perhaps the most insane melt in the mouth snacks we’ve tried. Tbh there’s nothing more to add, they’re just insane so get to baking ladies!! 👩‍🍳

INGREDIENTS

🍪 2 tbsp Free Soul chocolate protein
🍪 30g plain or gluten free flour
🍪 1 tbsp + 1tsp coconut oil, melted
🍪 1/4 tsp vanilla (or drops)
🍪 1 tbsp cacao powder
🍪 1/4 tsp baking powder
🍪 Pinch of salt
🍪 Handful of dark choc chips

METHOD

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Knead together well. Stir in the chocolate chips

Scoop the dough into 2 dough balls, and space them evenly on the baking sheet

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160c, removing the cookies from the oven when the edges just start to turn golden brown

Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 1 minute before moving them to a wire rack to cool
