Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS
🍪 2 tbsp Free Soul chocolate protein
🍪 30g plain or gluten free flour
🍪 1 tbsp + 1tsp coconut oil, melted
🍪 1/4 tsp vanilla (or drops)
🍪 1 tbsp cacao powder
🍪 1/4 tsp baking powder
🍪 Pinch of salt
🍪 Handful of dark choc chips
METHOD
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Knead together well. Stir in the chocolate chips
Scoop the dough into 2 dough balls, and space them evenly on the baking sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160c, removing the cookies from the oven when the edges just start to turn golden brown
Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 1 minute before moving them to a wire rack to cool
