This month we are giving everyone who orders a FREE carton of Plenish vegan coconut milk. Why not put your freebie to good use and try your hand at these delicious vegan pancakes.
- 1 cup Plenish coconut milk
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate Free Soul protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Optional 1-2 Free Soul vegan chocolate raspberry protein bars to decorate
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Cook the waffles using a waffle maker until crispy and crunchy on the outside.
- Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
