Ginger Biscuit Protein Pancakes

Try these delicious pancakes tomorrow using our brand new Vegan protein powder. It's the perfect sweet and spicy base alternative to the classic pancake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg or flax egg alternative
  • 75g oats
  • 100ml milk or plant-based milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp @freesoulsistas ginger biscuit protein powder

Method:

  1. Blend the oats until they are like a flour. Then in a bowl mix your egg and milk together and then add you oats, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder.
  2. Then place a pan over a medium heat and grease it. Once it is warm pour 3 tbsp worth of mixture in the pan at a time to make the pancakes. TIP: Flip them when bubbles appear on the top.
  3. Then decorate with whatever you want.
