Ginger Biscuit Protein Balls
Make a big batch of these tonight to keep you fuelled all week. 

INGREDIENTS 
  • 30g Free Soul Ginger Biscuit protein powder
  • 50g Flaked Almonds
  • 60g Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Honey or Agave 
  • 3 tbsp Water

METHOD 

  1. Blend the flaked almonds and oats in a nutri-bullet to make a flour.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, roll into balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with choc shot.
  4. Enjoy!

the fridge so you can make enough to last until next weekend!
