Spooky Slime Smoothie

Don't worry, no tricks here. Only a tasty, high-protein goodness packed smoothie. This is perfect for breakfast, fighting a winter cold or having as a post-workout refreshment. 

Green power smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana frozen 🍌
  • 1/2 Avocado - Optional but adds creaminess 
  • 1 kiwi🥝
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Free Soul Vanilla protein 
  • 100-200ml almond milk to preference 
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder (optional)
  • Small handful of Ice 


Preparation:
Place everything in the blender and blend on high till completely smooth. If you want the smoothie thinner, add more almond milk and serve over ice if desired. 😋
