Feel Happy Friday Flapjacks 🥰 @amycousins1 cooking up all the inspo you need this Friday night, and it’s absolutely perfect for a healthy dessert, or a meal prep snack for the weekend, plus it’s made with Free Soul so you know it’s delish😋 -
INGREDIENTS 20g Free Soul Ginger Biscuit Protein
200g Oats
90g Butter
4 tbsp Sweetener
2 tbsp Syrup
1 Banana
METHOD
1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
2. Melt butter on the hob before adding oats, protein, sweetener and syrup.
3. Mash banana, add to mixture & combine.
4. Pour mixture into lined tray.
5. Bake for 20 mins.
6. Top w/ banana coins & cinnamon.
7. Enjoy
