High-Protein Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt

High protein chocolate frozen yoghurt š«
Recipe:
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Free Soul vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- splash of milk
Method:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer in a container and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours (ideally you should take it out every 30 minutes and stir it with a spoon to avoid crystals).
- Serve with melted dark chocolate and cherries and enjoy! ā¤ļø
