High Protein Granola

Sunday morning done right by @food_balance_stef š¤ High in protein, good for the āgram, and delicious! š
Recipe:
300g oats
200g buckwheat
80g mixed seeds
50g chia seeds
3tsp cacao powder
45g Free Soul vegan vanilla protein
90ml water
80ml maple syrup .
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C then place the maple syrup, cacao powder and š„„ oil in a small cup and put in a microwave for just few seconds until the š„„ oil has melted.
- Mix the vanilla powder with the water and add everything in the maple syrup mix until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Place the buckwheat, oats, mixed seeds, and chia seeds in a large bowl.
- Pour over the paste mixture in the oat mix and stir to combine and then spread evenly over oneĀ large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. ā¢Cook for 30Ā minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool and⦠enjoy!!!
Add with your favorite fruit and milk.
