High in fibre, protein and one of your five-a-day, it's a tasty way to start your day. 

Ingredients for Peanut Caramel Toast:

  • One to two slices of wholegrain toast
  • Your choice of fresh fruit, we used banana, blueberries
  • Nut butter of choice, we recommend peanut butter
  • Protein bar of choice, we used our chocolate peanut caramel protein bar @freesoulsistas

 

Ingredients for Chocolate Raspberry Toast:
  • One to two slices of wholegrain toast
  • Fresh Raspberries 
  • Nut butter of choice, we recommend almond butter
  • Protein bar of choice, we recommend the Freesoulsistas chocolate raspberry protein bar. 
  • Optional: Chocolate chunks, shavings or cacao nibs
