All about the PROATS
Protein Oats are such a great way to bulk up your meal and get an extra boost in the morning especially if you're not the biggest fan of protein shakes by themselves!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein
- 2 scoop oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200mls almond milk
- Toppings: Peanut butter Strawberries Frozen berries - compote Jammie dodgers
