Morning Matcha Smoothie

Want a new way to jazz up your morning smoothie? Matcha will help boost your energy whilst keeping you full with our protein base.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein powder
  • Handful of spinach

 

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Spread some peanut butter on the inside of a glass and then add the smoothie.
  3. Enjoy!! 🍌
