No-Bake Coffee, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Treats

In the words of Free Soul Athlete @amycousins1 - “Coffee & Chocolate!!! Probably two of my favourite things so it was about time I combined the two to make a delicious concoction with added Free Soul protein goodness!”
No-Bake Coffee, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Treats
Ingredients:⬇️
🍫100g Dates
🍫30g Vegan Chocolate Protein
🍫30g Flaked Almonds
🍫2 tbsp Espresso Powder
🍫1 tsp Almond Extract
🍫1 tsp Cacao Powder
🍫20g Coconut Oil
🍫70g Peanut Butter
🍫3 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup
🍫10g Desiccated Coconut
🍫30g Flour
🍫50g Dark Chocolate
🍫2 tbsp Coconut Milk (Light Canned)
Method:⬇️
1. Soak dates until soft. Drain & add to blender.
2. Add protein powder, almonds, coffee, extract, cacao powder & coconut oil.
3. Blitz.
4. Press into a lined container and freeze.
5. Mix PB, syrup, coconut & flour until smooth.
6. Pour over base & return to freezer.
7. Melt chocolate, stir in coffee, syrup & cream.
8. Pour and freeze until firm.
9. Slice into 9 equal sized bites.
10. Decorate & enjoy!
