Oat protein granola

Why not switch up your breakfast and give this high-protein healthy granola a go? It's a great low-sugar alternative to shop bought versions and you can adjust the flavours and extras to suit your own tastes. 


  • 50g oats
  • 50g chocolate protein powder from Free Soul 
  • 60g date syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to avoid burning.
  4. Let the granola cool completely and serve over a vegan yoghurt alternative with fresh fruits and chunks of dark chocolate. We love Nush
