Peanut Butter Cups

Our favourite high protein Peanut Butter Cups made with Free Soul Protein
Ingredients:β¬
π₯ 1 cup Coconut Oil
π₯ 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
π₯ 2 Scoops of Free Soul Chocolate Vegan Protein
π₯ 2Tbsp Date Syrup
π₯ Peanut Butter

Line your cupcake tray with 8 cupcake cases. Combine the coconut oil, cocoa powder, protein powder and date syrup in a pan over a medium heat so they combine to make the chocolate sauce.
Place a spoonful of the chocolate sauce in each cupcake case and put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Take out of the freezer and put a spoonful of peanut butter on top, then add another layer of chocolate and freeze for a further 10 minutes. Take them out of the freezer, take the outside case off and enjoy! π
