Protein Cheesecakes

Single serving protein cheesecakes
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Free Soul chocolate protein
2 tbsp Oats
2 tsp flaked almonds
2 tsp melted coconut oil
180g cream cheese
2 tbsp cacao
2tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
Mix the oats, coconut oil and almonds in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix all the other ingredients. Split the oat mix into two ramekins and top up with the cheesecake mixture. Leave it to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Top with all the desired toppings. Enjoy!
