A single-serve of your favourite protein chocolate cookie 🍓
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Free Soul chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 strawberry (cut into small pieces)
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients (except the strawberry) and mix until a dough is formed.
- Roll into a bowl and press down onto a parchment paper-lined plate to form a cookie.
- Then, top with the strawberry pieces and cook in the microwave for one minute.
- Top with some extra almond butter and enjoy! ❤️
