Ingredients:⬇️
🍪1 Cup Jumbo Rolled Oats
🍪3/4 cup Medjool Dates (pitted)
🍪1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
🍪1 Scoop Free Soul Vegan Powder -
How To:⬇️
Add oats to a food processor and blend into a flour consistency. Then add the dates to the food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add peanut butter and blend until a dough forms. Using an ice cream scooper, out even amounts of cookie dough out on a lined tray and press down with a fork to create a circle shape. Set in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Whilst in the freezer melt the chocolate over a the hob on a low heat. Drizzle the chocolate over the cookies.
