Protein Energy Balls

The best ball you’ll have all year, even if you went hella cray at the festival 👀 They’re high in protein, and ideal for that 3pm energy slump, or even as a pre-workout snack to give you energy to perform in your workout! Thank you @poweredwithpeanuts for this super easy and delicious recipe! 🤗 

☄Ingredients:
30g of Free Soul vegan ginger biscuit protein
30g almond meal
90g oat flour
30g raisins
Plant milk (around 100ml but I do it by sight/ texture)

☄Method:

Mix all of the above ingredients and roll into 5 balls :) They will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.
