- 20gr puffed quinoa
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup plant based milk
- 1/2 cup Free Soul chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a parchment paper-lined baking tray and place in the freezer for a couple hours.
- Once the chocolate has set, cut into pieces and enjoy your vegan protein snack! 🍫
