Protein Fudge Bars

Indulgent but high in protein fudge, it's all your dreams come true. Make sure to save this one!

Recipe:

  • 20gr puffed quinoa 
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup Free Soul chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • pinch of salt 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a parchment paper-lined baking tray and place in the freezer for a couple hours.
  3. Once the chocolate has set, cut into pieces and enjoy your vegan protein snack! 🍫
