QUICK & EASY BREAKFAST PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPES

Here are two super quick and easy protein shake recipes and one overnight oat recipe that you can enjoy for breakfast. And if you're the kind of person that prefers no washing up in the morning and having breakfast already ready, then try having these protein overnight oats for breakfast. Leaving the oats overnight allows all the flavour to soak up and the oats to soften so it melts in your mouth when you eat it. Yum!
1. Chocolate Protein Shake
Ingredients
1 handful of spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoop of Free Soul chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
Recipe
Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until all combined. If you feel it’s slightly too thick add a little water as you blitz again until you reach desired consistency.
And sprinkle a little cacao nibs on the top for a bit of crunch!
2. Vanilla and Coconut Shake
Ingredients
1 handful of spinach
1 scoop of Free Soul vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Recipe
Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until all combined!
3. Overnight Protein Oats
Ingredients
40g of oats
water
dash of almond milk (optional)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop Free Soul Vanilla vegan protein powder
Toppings
Plant-based yoghurt
Peanut butter
Pomegranate
Mixed Seeds
Recipe
In an airtight container or jar pour in the oats and cover with water - you can add slightly less water and a bit of almond milk if you prefer.
Stir through the protein powder and chia seeds and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with your favorite flavors and enjoy!
