Raw Cacao Porridge Recipe

This beauty by @spamellab is packed with Free Soul’s Original Blend so you’re getting off to a super healthy start, plus the raw cacao gives it the most incredible chocolatey flavour. Pretty sure it’s the best way to enjoy breakfast while staying healthy šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

INGREDIENTS

🄣 2 scoops Free Soul chocolate or vanilla protein
🄣 50g porridge oats
🄣 3 tbsp cocoa powder
🄣 3 tbsp maple syrup
🄣 300ml almond milk

METHOD

First make the porridge:

Place the oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup and milk in a pan and cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in the protein powder.

Serve into a bowl.
