Red Velvet Free Soul Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
20g Free Soul Chocolate Protein
200g Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
10g Cacao Powder
1-2tsp Red Food Colouring
100g Butter
4tbsp Sweetener
2 Eggs
100g Natural Yoghurt
1tsp Vanilla Extract
40-60ml Oat Milk •
For The Topping
Free Soul Vanilla Protein
Water/ Milk
Pink Sprinkles/ Freeze Dried Strawberries
Grated Chocolate
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 170, line & spray cupcake tray
2. Combine flour, protein, baking powder, cacao powder & red food colouring
3. In a separate bowl, cream butter & sweetener until smooth
4. Add eggs, yoghurt, vanilla extract, mix until fully combined
5. Spoon mixture into lined cases filling half way
6. Bake for 20-22 mins or until knife comes out clean
7. While cupcakes cool, mix protein powder w/ water to make a glaze
8. Drizzle cupcakes w/ glaze, sprinkle toppings
