A light and refreshing green smoothie by @nourishing.amy filled with tropical mango and creamy banana with added greens for an immunity boost! It is perfect for a light snack or breakfast that’s vegan, gluten-free and filled with good-for-you ingredients.
🌱1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein powder
🌱100g frozen mango cubes
🌱40g fresh spinach
🌱1-cm piece peeled ginger
🌱200ml plant-based milk
🌱2 tsp Green Superpowder or blend of ½tsp matcha, ½ tsp spirulina, ½ tsp wheatgrass
🌱1 tbsp chia seeds
To serve: dried fruits and nuts
1. Place all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if using protein powder.
2. Pour into a glass and serve with some dried fruit and nut snacks.
