This protein breakfast bowl has a sensational combination of creamy smooth cooling yoghurt, fresh, zingy sometimes tangy but sweet fruit and crunchy, chewy granola with a luxurious drizzle of tahini.

This recipe is vegan, it can be gluten-free depending on your granola, it's packed with protein from our Free Soul protein powder and is free of added sugars depending on your yoghurt. And the tropical fruits as toppings makes this a beautiful bowl to look at!

Tropical fruits are very rich in vitamin C and high in antioxidants. Papaya is known to help boost immune system and improve digestion as it's very high in fibre. Passionfruit has a high nutritional profile with it being rich in vitamin A, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, calcium, iron and fibre.

Ingredients

150g plain or vanilla yoghurt

1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein powder

½ papaya, sliced

½ passionfruit, seeds scooped

1 flat peach, sliced

1 kiwi, sliced

2 cherries

A mixture of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

40g granola

1-2 tbsp tahini

Directions

1. Stir together the yoghurt and protein powder until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl.

2. Arrange the fruit on top of the yoghurt, pour over the granola and drizzle with tahini.
