Stacked Free Soul Buttercups

Vanilla, chocolate and almond buttercups -
INGREDIENTS
30g Free Soul vanilla protein
150g Oats
30g Walnuts
25g chia seeds
10g cacao nibs
15g sultanas
70g coconut oil
2 tbsp light syrup
20g almond butter
50g dark chocolate
Sprinkle of sea salt for topping
METHOD
1. Blitz oats, protein, walnuts, chia seeds, cacao nibs and sultanas in a blender
2. Add coconut oil and syrup till a soft dough forms
3. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
4. Press into cupcake cases, add a tsp of almond butter in the centre and top with additional mixture
5. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
6. Melt the chocolate, add to the cups and sprinkle with sea salt
7. Return to the freezer
8. Enjoy
