Strawberry and vanilla cheesecake oats

Thank you @Haras_foodblog for brightening up our mornings with this tasty, protein packed creation. It's also super easy to make Vegan by swapping the cream cheese to a vegan alternative like Nush.
Recipe (serves 1):
For the Oats:
-40g Oat Flour
-1 Tsp Vanilla Protein Powder
-1 Tbsp Milled Flaxseeds
-1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
-150ml Milk/ Alternative Milk e.g. Oat Milk
For the centre:
-1 Tbsp Cream Cheese / Alternative
-1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Method:
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the oats and mix and well combined. In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and the maple syrup and mix well. Transfer 2/3 of the oat mixture into a ramekin and add the cream cheese mixture in the middle. Cover with the rest of the oat mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool slightly and enjoy! ❤️
