RECIPE
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (full of fibre)
- 150ml strawberry coconut milk kefir
- 2 tbps Free Soul vanilla vegan protein
METHOD
- Mix well
- Leave to soak for at least two hours⏱
- Enjoy!
TOPPINGS:
- mix one tablespoon of Free Soul vanilla protein powder with almond milk for a creamy icing
