STRAWBERRY, OAT & CACAO PROTEIN BARS 🍓
INGREDIENTS ⬇️
For The Base
20g Free Soul Berry Protein Powder
150g Oats
50g Ground Almonds
½ tsp Baking Powder
55g Butter (melted)
60g Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs
For The Jam
Strawberry Jam
Chia Seeds
METHOD ⬇️
1. Pre-heat oven to 160, line baking tin
2. Mix protein powder, oats, almonds, baking powder, butter, syrup & vanilla extract
3. Pour 2/3 of mix into tin, press down. Top w/ jam
4. Add remaining of oat mixture, sprinkle w/ cacao nibs & drizzle syrup
5. Bake for 15-18 mins
5. Allow to cool fully before slicing into 8 chunks
6. Enjoy!
