INGREDIENTS
🥣1 heaped scoop of Free Soul ginger biscuit vegan protein
🥣2 tbsps of chia seed
🥣2 tbsps of flaxseed
🥣2 tbsps of hemp seeds
🥣100ml non dairy milk
TOPPINGS
Fresh berries, flaked almonds and nut butter
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients and blend together in a jar, put the lid on it and place it in the fridge overnight. In the morning you will have a creamy thick delicious breakfast! Enjoy
