INGREDIENTS
š„£1 heaped scoop of Free Soul ginger biscuit vegan protein
š„£2 tbsps of chia seed
š„£2 tbsps of flaxseed
š„£2 tbsps of hemp seeds
š„£100ml non dairy milk
TOPPINGS
Fresh berries, flaked almonds and nut butter
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients and blend together in a jar, put the lid on it and place it in the fridge overnight. In the morning you will have a creamy thick delicious breakfast! Enjoy
