Sweet potato chocolate breakfast mousse
METHOD
Roast 350g sweet potato (roughly 1 large potato) at 160Fan/180*C for 40-60 mins until tender, scoop out the flesh, cool and freeze. Or steam the chunks and freeze. Blend the frozen sweet potato
WITH
🍓1 scoop Free Soul Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberries & Cream protein powder
🍓1 ripe banana
🍓2 tbsp cacao powder
🍓2 tbsp syrup
🍓1 tsp maca or Reishi powder
🍓a pinch of salt
🍓140ml coconut or oat milk
Then layer in a jar with 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Top with 1 tbsp cacao nibs + berries
