VANILLA CHICKPEA BLONDIES
INGREDIENTS
20g Free Soul Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tin of Chickpeas [Drained]
65g Cashew Butter
5tbsp Honey/ Syrup
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp Baking Powder
60g Dark Chocolate Chips
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180
2. Put protein powder, chickpeas, syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract &
baking powder into blender
3. Blitz until combined & smooth
4. Line baking tray, spread mixture into an even layer
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, bake for 20-25 mins
6. Allow to cool
7. Enjoy!
TOP TIP : the blondies will continue to cook once removed from the
oven so if they’re a little bit gooey at first, this is a good thing!!
