Vegan Double Chocolate Protein Doughnuts

(Makes 10-12 mini donuts)

Ingredients ⬇️
🍩 30g Chocolate Protein Powder
🍩 1/4 Cup Plain Flour
🍩 2 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
🍩 3 Tbsp. Cacao
🍩 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
🍩 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Frosting ⬇️
30g Chocolate Protein
2 Tbsp. Chocolate Sauce
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese

METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees Centigrade and prepare your donut moulds; pop to one side. Starting with the donuts: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all wet in a separate bowl and then combine with the dry; mix well. Pop 1-1 1/2 Tsp. of the mixture per mould (if making mini donuts) and 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. if making larger ones. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and leave to cool completely. Once cool make tour frosting by mixing all ingredients together until well combines.
Decorate each donut with frosting. These can be kept in and airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. 🤩
