VEGAN PROTEIN RECIPE: Oat & Raisin Breakfast Bars

We're big fans of a high protein breakfast to kick off the day and this recipe is a FS fave. We're also fans of breakfast for dinner, so enjoy these bars at any time of the day.

Ingredients

150g oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

50g vanilla FS protein powder

1 tbsp cinnamon

230mls almond milk [or milk of your choice!]

2 tbsp plain yogurt

1/2 banana

Handful of raisins

25g peanut butter

1 tsp baking powder

Recipe 

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Place into a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  3. Top with sliced bananas and extra raisins. 
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 185C [towards the end you can cover the tray to avoid over browning]. And enjoy fresh out of the oven for a great high protein breakfast, or pop them in some tupperware to enjoy later.
