We're big fans of a high protein breakfast to kick off the day and this recipe is a FS fave. We're also fans of breakfast for dinner, so enjoy these bars at any time of the day.
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
230mls almond milk [or milk of your choice!]
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Handful of raisins
25g peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place into a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Top with sliced bananas and extra raisins.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 185C [towards the end you can cover the tray to avoid over browning]. And enjoy fresh out of the oven for a great high protein breakfast, or pop them in some tupperware to enjoy later.
