Vegan Protein Snowballs

Tis the season to be jolly and nothing makes us jollier than a home-made protein ball. @Spoonful.of.fitness has created these incredible snowball inspired snacks that are high in protein and perfect whatever the season! 

Ingredients:
  • 50g Desiccated Coconut
  • 50g Vegan Yogurt alternative, we love coconut yogurt. 
  • 1 Tsp Agave Nectar/ Honey (not vegan) 
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Vegan FreeSoul Protein
  • 3 Square of Dark Chocolate melted

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate. Combine and make 8 small balls/bars.
  • Melt the chocolate and add on top of your snowballs
  • Leave in the fridge until chocolate sets and eattt!!!
