Vegan speculoos protein Christmas bark

This is a snack packed with vegan protein we thoroughly enjoy and we know you will too, especially when you’re craving something sweet!

Now this is super easy to make, like.. laziness can’t even be an excuse -⁣

Ingredients:

  •  235g of Soy yogurt
  • 23g of Biscoff spread (we use crunchy) 🥣⁣
  • 1-2 Freesoul speculoos vegan protein bars 
  • 1-2 Biscoff biscuits

Method: 

1️⃣ Mix the Soy yogurt with the Biscoff spread
2️⃣ Pour the mixture in a tray on some baking paper 👩🏽‍🍳 ⁣
3️⃣ Chop up your @freesoulsistas speculoos protein bars and add it to your mixture & crumble the Biscoff cookies 🍪 ⁣
4️⃣ Freeze for approx 4 hours (patience is a virtue sis) 😉⁣
5️⃣ Remove from the freezer, break your bark & enjoy 🥰⁣
