All Free Soul blends have been formulated by Dr Adam Cunliffe, one of the UK’s leading clinical nutritionists, with the perfect mix of vitamins & minerals to support female wellness, and are both gluten free.

The difference between the Dual Use Blend & The Original Blend comes down to what’s best for your lifestyle. Both are available in either a vegan or a whey base.

The Dual Use Blend

The Dual Use Blend can be used to replace a complete meal, it contains the perfect level of carbohydrates, essential fats, proteins, and minerals to fuel your body in the same way that a complete meal would. It has been designed to help you achieve weight loss goals.

The core ingredients in the Dual Use Blend are: Pea Powder, Rice and Soya Protein, Gluten Free Oats, and a bespoke mix of every vitamin & mineral that your body needs – in the perfect proportions for the female body.

You can use the Dual Use Blend when you’re short on time to fuel your body with everything it needs in under 60 seconds and it will keep you full and satisfied.

The Original Blend

The Original Blend is our famous Protein formulation – it is higher in protein and contains a lower level of carbohydrates and fat, while still being rich in vitamins & minerals that have been blended in the perfect proportions for the female body.

Traditionally used as a  a recipe booster in baking, smoothies and savoury recipes to improve wellness levels due to it being rich in superfoods, vitamins, and minerals.

Similarities and differences

The Original Blend is free from Soya, whereas the Dual Use Blend uses Soya Protein alongside Rice Protein for a multisource amino acid profile.

Both are incredibly delicious, and free from gluten, artificial colours, added sugar, and MPC. Try both to cater to different times in the day.
