Ingredients

1 handful of spinach

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp peanut butter

Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until all combined. If you feel it’s slightly too thick add a little water as you blitz again until you reach desired consistency.

Ingredients

40g of oats 

water 

dash of almond milk (optional)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop Free Soul Vanilla vegan protein

Toppings

Plant-based yoghurt

Peanut butter

Pomegranate

Mixed Seeds

Recipe

In an airtight container or jar pour in the oats and cover with water - you can add slightly less water and a bit of almond milk if you prefer.

Stir through the protein and chia seeds and store in the fridge overnight.
