Chocolate Oat Protein Bowl

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it's your first meal of the day where you get your supply of energy! This is a quick and easy recipe to ensure you get a long-lasting sustained supply of energy throughout the day. 

Ingredients

1 cup oats

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop of Free Soul chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

3 tbsp plant-based yoghurt

Recipe

Place the oats in a pan over a low heat add the almond milk and stir through for a few minutes.

Add the Free Soul chocolate protein and raw cacao and stir well.

Add a little more water to reach your desired consistency.

Before taking it off the heat add the spoons of yoghurt and stir through.

Then transfer to a bowl.

Top with some more yoghurt, frozen raspberries, cacao nibs and flaked almonds.
