Soul Food: Chocolate Sea Salt Chia Pudding

A delicious breakfast recipe that you can leave overnight in the fridge, which means that it's ready for you as soon as you're out of bed! A perfect meal for those who need to get a nutritious and healthy breakfast on-the-go. 

Chia seeds are known to deliver a huge amount of nutrients such as healthy fats, calcium, manganese, magnesium and B vitamins 1, 2 and 3. They are loaded with antioxidants and a great source of protein. 

Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup milk (nut or dairy milk works!)

1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder

1 scoop of Free Soul Chocolate Protein Powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Sea salt for sprinkling!

Recipe

Simply combine all of the ingredients (except the sea salt) and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until the pudding is thick.

Top with berries, nut butter, granola, etc. I drizzled mine with coconut butter.

Finish with sea salt flakes + enjoy!
